Liability Waiver form for attendance of TNC25 at Brighton Pier

1. You will comply with any reasonable instructions and ride restrictions for each ride given by a member of The Brighton Pier Group Limited (Brighton Pier) or Jisc and agree to use the rides in a proper manner. Refusal of access to a ride will be at the discretion of the ride operators;
2. You agree, to the best of your knowledge, you are in good health, and are not engaging in any rides which would be detrimental to your health and safety, or the health and safety of others;
3. Should you injure yourself whilst at Brighton Pier, you will inform a member of Brighton Pier immediately, so that an accident report form can be completed;
4. You are responsible for using the rides safely and as directed. You will behave sensibly and follow the safety instructions given so as not to hurt or injure yourself or others;
5. Should you have any concerns with your health and fitness or any medical conditions, you will consider the ride restrictions and check with the ride host before boarding. If you fail to do so and injure yourself on a ride, you agree to hold Jisc harmless; and
6. The use of the rides and Brighton Pier is entirely at your own risk. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by Jisc or Brighton Pier and to the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive Jisc from any liability arising from personal injury, including death, and/or damage to property which may result from or arise out of your participation in the rides at Brighton Pier.
